What Our Warranty Covers
Cabinet Construction
- Cabinet boxes, frames, shelves, and structural components
- Proper assembly and installation integrity
- Separation of joints caused by manufacturing defects
Doors & Drawer Fronts
- Warping beyond industry-accepted tolerances
- Delamination or separation of materials
- Manufacturing defects in painted, stained, or veneered surfaces
Drawer Systems & Hardware
- Drawer slides, hinges, and soft-close mechanisms
- Hardware installed by our team according to manufacturer specifications
Finish Quality
- Peeling, cracking, or blistering caused by defects in materials or application
- Finish adhesion issues under normal residential use
What Is Not Covered
As with all custom cabinetry manufacturers, our warranty does not cover normal wear, environmental factors, or misuse. The following are excluded:
- Natural wood movement (minor expansion, contraction, grain variation, or color changes)
- Changes caused by humidity, temperature, sunlight, or improper ventilation
- Damage from water leaks, flooding, fire, or household accidents
- Scratches, dents, or wear from daily use
- Alterations or repairs made by third parties
- Improper cleaning products or harsh chemicals
- Electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures, or accessories not supplied by us
Residential Use Only
This warranty applies to residential installations only and assumes normal household use. Commercial or rental properties may be subject to different warranty terms.
How Warranty Service Works
- Contact us with a description of the issue and photos.
- We will review the claim and determine coverage.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
Warranty service does not include removal or reinstallation of non-cabinet items, appliances, or finishes not originally supplied by us.
